About Le Petit Pali Brentwood
The Brentwood Motor Hotel opened in 1947 on a quiet stretch of Sunset Boulevard west of the Getty Center, where the city thins out into its most residential register. Brentwood is the neighborhood that exists outside most Los Angeles itineraries: no tourist attractions and no famous landmarks, only a farmers market, excellent cafes, and a street-level calm that most of the city does not offer. Palisociety founder Avi Brosh acquired the building and restored it as Le Petit Pali Brentwood, opening in November 2024. The Michelin Guide awarded it a One Key in 2025. The motor court layout is intact: four one-story bungalow buildings around a central courtyard. What Palisociety brought is the conviction that Brentwood deserved an inn that matched the quality of the neighborhood it sits in.

A central courtyard between the bungalow buildings, with a stone fountain at its center and a perimeter of Adirondack chairs, French bistro tables, and potted olive and cypress trees.
